PT Hyundai Inti Development (“PT HID”) is a developer and management company for the Hyundai Industrial Estate/Bekasi International Industrial Estate (“KI Hyundai/ BIIE”) with an area of approximately 200 Ha in Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi Regency. Established according to the Articles of Association contained in the Deed Number : 2. Notary Raharti Sudjardjati, S.H. dated April 2, 1990 and has received approval from the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia dated May 23, 1990 Number : C2-2928.HT.01.TH.90.

PT Hyundai Inti Development is a legal entity of a Foreign Capital Company ("PMA") in the form of a Limited Liability Company established in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia, is a joint investment of Hyundai Corporation with 55% share ownership and PT Lippo Cikarang, Tbk (formerly PT Gunung Cermai Inti) with 45% share ownership.

PT Hyundai Inti Development is domiciled in Bekasi Regency and is located at Jl. Sriwijaya No. 2 Lippo Cikarang, Cibatu, Bekasi Regency.

Currently as many as 124 companies from all over the world occupy in the Hyundai/BIIE Industrial Estate, and we strive to provide optimal services in order to maintain and increase the best productivity of Industrial Companies through the provision of sustainable facility services so that Industrial Companies can carry out production activities efficiently and competitive.
